This study is an academic article. By using a case study method (Case studies) the current situation of Thailand entering an aging society that causes a shortage of personnel to work. The objectives were to collect 1) knowledge and attitude toward Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system 2) cost effectiveness before and after using RPA system in the work process 3) the use of working time after using RPA in the process. operation, and 4) the efficiency of using the RPA system in the workflow.
